THE SHORT VERSION

We collect what you give us when you join the waitlist. We use it to email you about the launch and to build the marketplace better. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete it any time.

01 · WHAT WE COLLECT

• From the waitlist forms: first name, email, and the answers you give to the questions on the form (board count, intent, region, craft, portfolio, shop details, trip dates).
• From your browser, automatically:pages you visit, approximate location, device type, referrer. Standard server logs.
• If you email us: whatever you send.

02 · WHY WE COLLECT IT

• To email you about the launch and your spot on the waitlist.
• To match travelers with the right local boards and guides.
• To shape the product around the kinds of surfers, athletes, community members, and shops actually signing up.
• To prevent abuse and keep the site running.

03 · WHO SEES IT

Only the ZTOKED founders and the services we use to run the site. Today that means:

• Our hosting provider (Vercel) — for delivering the website.
• Our email tool — for sending you launch updates.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. If we ever add a third-party service, we'll update this page and date the change.

04 · COOKIES & TRACKING

We use the minimum technical cookies required for the site to work. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. If we ever add analytics, it will be privacy-respecting and disclosed here.

05 · RETENTION

We keep your waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after launch — whichever comes first. Then it goes.

06 · YOUR RIGHTS

You can email hello@ztoked.com and ask us to:

• Show you what we have on file.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it.
• Stop emailing you (every email also has an unsubscribe link).

We'll do it within 30 days. If you're in California, the EU, or the UK, you have additional rights under your local laws — same email, same answer.

07 · CHILDREN

ZTOKED is not directed at people under 16. Don't join the waitlist if you are. If we learn we have a minor's data, we delete it.

08 · CHANGES

If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we'll update the effective date at the top and email anyone on the waitlist.
