THE SHORT VERSION

ZTOKED is a waitlist site for a marketplace that hasn't launched yet. By joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. They'll change once the marketplace is live, and we'll let you know when they do.

01 · WHAT THIS IS

ztoked.com is a pre-launch waitlist for ZTOKED, a peer-to-peer marketplace for boardsports built around Maui locals. Right now the site lets you sign up for launch updates, apply as a creator, and apply as a partner shop. There is no marketplace, no transactions, no money changing hands until launch.

02 · ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. By submitting a form you confirm the information you give is yours and is true.

03 · WAITLIST POSITION

The position number we show after sign-up is approximate. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform at launch, a specific board, a booking, or a partnership. We'll do our best to onboard everyone in the order they signed up, with priority for Maui locals.

04 · ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't:

• Submit false information or impersonate someone else.
• Try to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the site.
• Use ZTOKED to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
• Upload anything you don't have the right to share.

We can refuse, suspend, or remove signups that violate these rules.

05 · OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ZTOKED name, logo, design, copy, and code are ours. Don't copy or redistribute them without our written permission. Photos of Maui locals on this site are used with consent and credit; ask us before reusing them.

06 · YOUR SUBMISSIONS

When you submit a portfolio, Instagram handle, or other content through a form, you grant ZTOKED permission to use it for the purpose of evaluating your waitlist application and, if you're accepted, building your creator or shop profile on the marketplace. You keep the underlying rights to your work.

07 · NO WARRANTY

The site is provided as is. We work hard to keep it up and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a specific launch date. May 4 is a target, not a contract.

08 · LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent the law allows, ZTOKED and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.

09 · CHANGES

We'll update these terms as the product evolves. The effective date at the top will move. If the change is material, we'll email the waitlist before it takes effect.

10 · GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are heard in the courts of Maui County.
